Homes for people in need - Inns Court, Knowle West

Closed 15 Apr 2021

Opened 8 Mar 2021

Bristol City Council’s housing delivery team is looking at early designs for new homes on a small site located at Marshall Walk at the corner of Inns Court Avenue, in Knowle West. This project will showcase high quality, sustainable apartments. It is part of a wider scheme to use new methods of house building to improve the speed, cost and social value of new housing built in the city.

Why is your feedback important?

We want to reach as much of the community as possible – this project will be in your neighbourhood and we want your views to help us shape the design.

How can you take part?

We are at the very early stages of design and this is a genuine opportunity for your comments to be considered. We have drawn up three design options for the site and would like you to tell us which one you like the best.

What happens next?
This is the first stage of the engagement and consultation plan and there will be more community engagement as we develop the proposals. When the engagement closes on 15 April 2021, we will:

  • take your comments and suggestions and update the designs where possible
  • talk to you again once the design is more developed
  • develop and submit a detailed planning submission
  • give you a final opportunity to comment as part of the planning application process.
