Overview

Bristol City Council has allocated funding to introduce traffic calming at Hengrove Lane, between Hengrove Farm Lane and Wells Road.

The proposals involve a series of 6 speed cushions (double sets) at Hengrove Lane – i.e. a continuation of those at Walsh Ave. The purpose of the proposed traffic calming is to reduce the speed of vehicles travelling on Hengrove Lane.

The exact locations of the proposed speed cushions can be seen on the scheme plan which can be found at the bottom of this page.
