Overview

Communities in South Bristol are invited to participate in a series of engagement events this autumn as work starts to develop plans for the city’s largest housing regeneration scheme.

Work is underway to bring forward proposals for two large-scale residential development sites at Hengrove Park and Hartcliffe Campus and the project team is keen to hear feedback from the community during the design and planning process.

These public events are actively seeking residents comments.  As the proposals progress there will be further opportunities to share your thoughts with the Council on the developing plans to go forward to the next round of consultation with residents.  Each completed consultation round will be followed by a short survey to help us capture your observations.

Here are the previous exhibition boards   and masterplan options (part 1 and part 2)  that were on display at Hengrove Park Leisure Centre in October and November 2017.

Please view the current masterplan option and complete the survey below to provide your feedback for

Hartcliffe Campus by Wednesday 10 January 2018 and

Hengrove Park by Wednesday 31 January 2018.

Why We Are Consulting

The Council has committed to securing planning consent for major new housing led development at Hengrove Park and Hartcliffe Campus.  To inform the design of the development, the council is seeking feedback from the community at various stages of the design process.
