Overview

We are consulting on the areas that admission authorities within Bristol use when consulting on their school admission arrangements.

We are proposing that the relevant area will the Bristol City Council area.

Bristol City Council is the admission authority for all community and voluntary controlled schools. Academies (including free schools), foundation(trust) and voluntary aided schools are their own admission authority.

Please use the SurveyMonkey link below to tell us if you agree that admissions authorities should consult with schools across Bristol when setting admission arrangements.

Why We Are Consulting

Bristol Local Authority is required to consult prior to determining the areas that admission authorities within Bristol should use when consulting on their school admission arrangements.
